Product specifications: Shaped galvanised metal corners
The metal plate is 1.2mm galvanized
mild steel. It is at a 90 degree angle, is 702mm long, 180mm wide and has 10
sunken holes of 6mm on each side in which the screw head is protected.
will be needing app 32 000 of these per month during December to March and
app 16 000 per month for the rest of the year. If I can market myself as a
reliable supplier, the market is app 112 000 per month!!
It is used as a corner for the manufacturing of fruit bins.
The plastic corner is halve of a 90mm x 90mm square, is 610mm long and is
pressed out of recycled plastic.
This corner is in competition with timber corners, but at a comparison price of
about R4.50, I will need the same volumes as the steel plates.
