We are very interested on extending our business to your country, as we have
already other suppliers worldwide offering very competitive prices. We are
constantly searching for new suppliers overseas to find a good fresh chilled
product (NOT FROZEN) similar to our local in order to compete with
the european market level. In particular, we would like to start the business

The above mentioned fresh chilled products should be sent via air cargo by using
ice-gel refrigerants in white polystyrene insulated boxes closed in Master
cartoon (normally 25 kgs each) travelling always at a regular temperature
between 1° and 4°c. Also, please note that financially we will proceed as
follow: once agreed all terms to start trading, our finance manager (or directly
our bank) will contact you to take all your account details.
For the first shipment (250 kgs net weight x each item, total 1250 kgs), as a
trial consignment, payments will be automatically made by a direct transfer to
your account after goods will be released by customs on their arrival at the
airport (Rome Fiumicino).
From the second shipment onwards, subject to the good success of the trial
consignment, we will then open a letter of credit (L/C) with your bank as
financial guarantee in order to estabilish a long term business relationship.
As a result, could you please confirm your availability to trade with us and
present your offer by sending your C&F Rome quotations (matching our asking
prices) as soon as possible by e-mail.
Finally, please find attached the photos of products we would like to import +
required packaging.
